"Overall, the hotel was very good. The pool, common areas, and bar staff were excellent — very attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
However, I do believe the hotel could benefit from updating a few important things, especially the TVs, the rooms, and the air conditioning units. The AC makes a lot of noise when turned on, which makes it difficult to rest properly.
They are small details, but improving them could make this hotel experience much better."

"Overall a great stay for a quick staycation. Room was really nice. It looked newly renovated. We loved the pool and pool bar. We ate breakfast at the on site restaurant both mornings and the buffet was wonderful. We felt the resort and parking fees were a bit steep. "

"Stayed at this hotel on 2 separate occasions. My key card stopped working on both occasions BEFORE my checkout date. Huge nuisance, especially when I’m just leaving the room briefly to pickup food and don’t bring my ID"

"This property has free shuttles to Disney World and with reservations in place we had no problems what so ever. The shuttle driver’s were excellent and helped me load my scooter. I highly recommend this property for your next visit to Disney World."
