"Our visit was fantastic, the rooms were very clean and furnished nicely - the bath was awesome and the air con worked great. The location on Lord Street was great and allowed access to all the area has to offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Massive check marks for being quick to release the pre-authorisation on check out. Only bit of constructive feedback I have is the blind in the room was a little stiff and difficult to move. "We only stayed for one night as my husband had an early appointment. We couldn't of asked for a more enjoyable stay."

"Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed."

"I booked a sea view room. Stunning views over the Promenade. Look, it’s a very old hotel, so maintenance is needed constantly. Creaking floor boards and dated corridors. That comes with the territory. My room was superb, clean and bright. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast (12.50) if a walk in. Piping hot, good selection, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, nice and quiet, very helpful reception staff."
