"Room wasn't very clean. Needs updating. No smoking property and someone near our room was smoking weed and ac drawing smell into room. Front desk wouldn't do anything about it. We checked out after 1 hr there. Didn't receive a refund for the second night. Nate was supposed to return my call and never did. Would never stay here again "

"We recently stayed here and overall, the experience was just okay. The staff were polite, but the service didn’t feel especially welcoming unless you’re a rewards member. Small touches—like complimentary bottled water—were only offered to members, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel does have a pool, but no hot tub, and the gym area is fairly basic. The front desk member told me the only complimentary water was in the gym from a filtered fountain, and unfortunately the filter indicator was red during our stay. Food, drinks, and snacks on-site were quite overpriced for what was offered. We also stayed on the first floor and could clearly hear the guests above us throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel is decent for a short stay, but nothing stood out enough to make us want to return."
