"I was truly surprised at how wonderful the hotel was based on the price. Starting with the ease of getting to hotel right off the freeway I certainly wasn’t disappointed. It appears this is an older property that is working very hard to upgrade it. The person checking me in was very pleasant and helpful. She was friendly and gave great instructions. Very welcoming The hallway is drab with drop down ceilings. Wasn’t that inviting. I’m gone our surprise when we opened the door to the room and everything was up to date and well done. Room appeared really clean. It was a nice sized room and the bathroom was quite nice. Even had a lighted mirror. King bed was very comfortable and the location was really quiet. The exterior door led to a small patio that has 2 chairs and a small table. We were located in front of the pool area. Unfortunately the pool was drained and that was a disappointment. The 24 hour free coffee and cookies were a nice add. There is no free breakfast, but that didn’t concern me at all. So glad to find this hidden gem, but sad because I know reviews like mine will lead to higher room rates. Thanks for a comfortable night."

"Nice, clean, quiet place located within walking distance to restaurants for dinner. Room had coffee machine, microwave and fridge. We were able to unload our cooler each day and refreeze ice paks. This contributed to a great trip to and from Phoenix."

"The hotel itself was fine, clean rooms, enough space, and a decent indoor pool. But for the price, it felt like something was missing. The listing said breakfast was included, yet it wasn’t, and the paid breakfast didn’t stand out at all compared to other hotels that offer it complimentary. Would we return? Probably not, unless we had no other choice."
