"The past 5 yrs I've stayed at this hotel & watched its ups & downs, front desk staff, Raj is Incredible(literally reason I come here) as is the owner & i feel safe there.Its pretty chill & The best location...ive had some bad experiences lately but this trip I reserved a comfy suite & at checkout was unsure til last mnte if staying 1 more night-The site says platinum members get late checkout but I asked if i could pay to do so as my ride was coming from far & then running late..that being said I clean my room fully, take out the trash , vacuum etc= the only thing left is bed change & I had the door ajar in case they needed to come in-was just waiting for help to carry what I accumulated on the trip & my luggage, I was waiting for friend to help me get out the door(my right hand cant grip rn) & the housekeeper came in Screaming & Yelling at me , brought front desk staff with her(2 ladies)& they Guarded my door as if i was a Criminal! Its mind boggling to me because there are customers that warrant that treatment & Im NOT 1 of them. As I said I would've gladly paid, just needed extra time...Again the staff is usually what makes this place and I'll say again you are supposed to treat your good customers~WELL~I was embarrassed, every1 was looking at me, including owners family~I've seen it all but never see any1 treated like this~Esp FrequentFlyer that they know! With the amt of💲I spend, smh..Raj made my checkin Great, but they need to use that trtmt on the ppl destroying rms."
