"Second time I've stayed here. I was impressed with the morning and evening dining options. Being able to NOT have to leave for food or a drink, especially at the end of a long day, is worth it's weight in gold, especially when the room rate makes it accessible."

"I was disappointed by the level of service at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. Specifically, the Front Desk/Housekeeping staff was unhelpful when I approached them about cleanliness of the room. I expected a much higher standard of hospitality for the price paid. While the location is great, the cleanliness of my room was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found hair all over the bathroom door, towels, and shower walls. Stains on the sheets, which looked like bodily fluid. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not addressed during my 3-night stay. Cleanliness is a top priority for any traveler, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I also spoke to another customer who said their room was disgusting as well. Got stuck in the elevator too and nobody helped us. I would not recommend staying here if you value customer service."

"There was no microwave in my room. Someone brought me an old half functioning one. The doors to the other room slammed all night that kept me awake. The door to the bathroom was worn and had damage on it. "
