"Very bad smell in the room, dirty bed , dirty shower ( it has like blood and mucus in the shower tub , toilet is broken and dirty everywhere is dirty the couch and chair has a lot of stain it was so disgusting we don't want to touch anything and just stay only half day
But It is very near to Valley Hi gate and a lot of markets"

"Air conditioner didn't work had cockroaches and refrigerator didn't work had water beds. Had to which four times to get a room with descent air conditioner but still had cockroaches and my passkeys wasn't working properly."

"The facility is under construction, as I was told, so the pool was not working. But full points to the staff; they were very helpful because we did not have a microwave or fridge in our room, so they provided them and tried their very best to make us comfortable. But I guess it will not be possible during busy holidays. Major red flag....I saw ROACHES behind the fridge!!!!"
