"The staff were fantastic and the hotel itself is lovely. I will say, however, that if you’re even a slightly light sleeper this hotel is not for you. I barely got any sleep at all over the three nights I was there due to the noise from upstairs and every surrounding room; it’s like the walls are made out of paper.
It got so bad that I had to ask (at 12am) to sleep in a different room on the top floor. I’ve never stayed anywhere with so much exterior noise from other rooms!
I hate to complain...

"I booked this hotel because it was close to Disneyland and had my whole weekend planned, but this experience made everything worse. We saw multiple cockroaches in the room, and the staff were no help. Upon arrival, I also saw a man smoking a cigarette near our room despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking. The room was disgusting, the service was disappointing, and it was absolutely not worth the money. I would NOT recommend staying here."
