"One nighter for a concert, reasonable $ but showed in the upkeep and lack of food options. Mattress was horrible, tiny hard pillows, and our freaking smoke detector decided it needed the battery changed at 12:30 in the middle of the night! Feel like this is avoidable by basic upkeep and a schedule of changing out. Choices for their “hot breakfast” included waffles, some scrambled egg product and sausage. It’s a bleh from me, wouldn’t stay again"

"It should be noted somewhere that there is NO ELEVATOR!! I've had three knee surgeries, there was nothing on the 1st floor & we didn't have time to change hotels!! Also "breakfast" should be defined as basically Continental. The Desk Clerk was just as sweet as can be & was helpful."

"I called the property directly and they were amenable to moving our stay date back one night (not a busy time) but they said that Expedia only could make that change. Expedia said that they would submit the request to the property and would let us know in 72 hours. Since we were 3 hours within the no-cancel timeframe, 72 hours was a no go and so we didn't stay at the property at all. Less AI and more helpful people at Expedia might have been more functional. My bad for having something come...

"Pros : Very nice! Comfortable, roomy. Well furnished. Staff. Cons: location of AC - under sink. All cold air floods area under sink but little penetration into room. Near zero water pressure. Not a hotel! Maybe upscale motel. Parking. Be sure to ask for housekeeping. Overall-4 Stars"
