"Worst property ever and trust me i thought i’ve seen bad ones before until i spent those 2 nights at this property without AC, been moving from room to room twice and a third one was proposed until i decided that it’s not necessary and i just wanted to leave, their maintenance came and said that most of the rooms of the property don’t have AC because of some power outage on collins and the others are just working on 50% so if it’s a hot day your room was at 72 in the morning it’s gonna be soon...

"The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room.
Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge."

"Travelled with our family (3 kids) to Miami for 2 nights. Our room was clean, comfortable. Dated yes but it did the trick, all the amenities we needed (fridge, stove, coffee maker, toaster) Miami is loud, and the traffic was loud around the hotel.
Beach was less than a 5minute walk across the road, the hotel lets you use their beach umbrella, chairs, sand toys and towels.
The pool was great! Comfortable and the kids loved it,very “Melrose place” vibes!"

"Everything thing was great, except we couldn’t charge our phones in our room. Not in the lobby either. We weren’t able to charge our phones. The made it impossible to capture memories. The receptionist finally find an outlet behind the desk that could change our phones. We bought new chargers and they just wouldn’t charge in our room or the lobby. Great location. "

"I spent 3 days and was amazing, the location was incredible, the room beautiful, air conditioned and elevator worked and was good, the only problem is that they gibe you chairs for the beach and then they force you to pay for umbrella, I would rather dont have anything but the sneaky way the umbrella people worked was not good. But to be honest I would go back to that hotel many many more times, it was as beautiful as it was on the pictures and more."
