We’ve noticed inside the vents by the elevator that there is another vent that is covered in (what looks like) mold and dust. However, the room is fine and the staff are excellent! "

"The front desk staff is amazing. We arrived early, but they accommodated us and we were able to get a room right away. The room had a beautiful view of the river and was clean and cozy. The only problem was a bit outdated bathtub and the bathroom fan that was dreadfully loud. "

"The check in was nice and so was the room. The shower on the other hand was not clean, not even hosed off. There were lots of tiny hairs, most likely pubic, gross for a Hilton affiliate. Have stayed here before and never have I encountered that. Definitely will not stay here again. Front desk just said “sorry, let us know if there are any other issues”."
