"This overall was a great hotel, however the hotel shuttle took forever both picking us up from the airport and bringing us back the next am. We called them when we arrived at the airport and it took well over 30 minutes for them to arrive. The next am we scheduled the shuttle took we’ll pick us up at 9:00 and it was about 15 minutes late. Shuttles only run on the hour so we ended up using an Uber."

"The airport shuttle backing up every 20-30 Beep, Beep, Beep ALL night was horrible. The property had a face lift but the electrical outlets didn't work. We could not call the front desk from our phone. The bathroom had no counter to put items on. There was a coffee maker but only 1 packet for it & no plug to plug it into that worked. The shuttle to the airport is Not worth it (it stops at multiple hotels), take an Uber directly for $8!"

"Great location close to FLL airport and cruise docks. The cafe and restaurant “Deep” foods are great. Staff is friendly and welcoming throughout the entire facility. "

"Room was recently updated but had little flying bugs. They didn’t bite but didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I got locked inside my room since the lock wasn’t working. I ate at the restaurant and ordered chicken tenders and they were almost burnt. Not sure if I would stay there again "

The best things about the hotel: - It is right on the beach - the lounges and umbrellas are included into the resort fee ($40 per night) - Parking is available (one car per room at $50 per day - expensive, but the parking in this area is expensive) - The beach is very nice, and all rooms are oceanfront and have balconies - There is a restaurant on site - It is in a quieter part of the beach, away from the noise and the business of the public...

He was very welcoming and cordial, and i thanked him for him to not charge me a penalty fee due to a mistake with a booking on my part. The ladies on the front desk Sammi & Kay were also very accommodating and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was OK.
