"The front desk clerk saw us and another couple in line waiting to check in and didn’t even acknowledge us. She was talking to another person. Later that same evening my husband and I were returning from dinner and noticed suspicious activity in the parking lot. We didn’t feel safe and the desk personnel weren’t concerned. "

"I checked in at 9 pm on 4/25/26. While we were sleeping at about 2:30 am a male entered our room. I jumped up to protect myself and ran him out the room. The front desk claims it was an accident and he was given our same room. It was a terrifying experience in the middle of the night. Management offered a half hearted apology and that was it. No phones in the room. Smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag. I am very skeptical this was an accident!"

"Everything was mostly fine and the lady at the front desk was very sweet and accommodating. My only two complaints were that the pool surface was extremely rough to walk on, and also it looks like someone threw a bunch of rocks in the pool and no one ever came to clean them out. Additionally, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud! Which made it impossible to sleep without the tv on or some other type of white noise."

"Very friendly and helpful staff"

"I wanted to like it, the convenient location and the very friendly front staff but the room was well worn and had a horrible smell. The fridge was rusted from what looked like water damage on the lower door. There wasn’t even a bedside lamp! Very, very bare bones. No toiletries offered either. Across the hall just outside our rooms door they had two air blowing dryers to dry out the carpet. Smelly and noisy."

"Clean room, friendly staffs, free laundry is awesome but bring your own detergent. Everything was excellent we had a great time staying there. "
