"Property was understaffed, though the workers that were there were helpful. Most of the time nobody at front counter, even during check-out time. No coffee in rooms. Explanation was that they were in the process of changing vendors. Ran out of coffee for guests during continental breakfast. No water provided with breakfast. Pool water was green and did not look clean."

"Super comfortable bed! Very nice room for what we need. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The only complaint I have is that our key cards stopped working 5 times over a period of 3 days. We tried storing the cards in different locations that would avoid deactivating them, but that did not seem to make a difference."

"My daughter and I stayed here for two nights while attending her new student conference at Texas A&M. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with a charming Italian-inspired style. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and the property felt quiet and safe at night.
