"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was great. The property's jungle setting and landscaping made me feel like I was in a jungle. And while not a nightly occurrence, having howler monkeys howling the first evening really set the tone to remind me I wasn't in California. A special callout to the staff at Fiona's restaurant, the food was great, but talking with the staff there was super fun. I would recommend Maya Mountain Lodge to anyone and everyone."

"We really enjoyed our two night stay. The staff was super accommodating whenever we asked for anything. The property is incredibly unique and really gives you the local, in the jungle vibe, but with a super nice room. Would happily come back."

"Wifi was spotty. Husband was having a tough time working. Movies kept pausing and buffering, so that made it difficult to see anything all the way through! Food was excellent! Staff was friendly and accommodating to the best of their ability. My last stay was 10 years ago, Aug 2016! We noticed lots of upgrades to the property. We'll be back, and will choose our 1st room #3 next time!!"

"My room was not clean and the toilet paparazzi was not enough for us and no toilet paper holder
Disgusting
The people that were in room 18 had there tv all night long and we were not able to sleep the first night and all day the fallowing day the tv was left on
For the price we paid it was not worth it"
