Their home is beautiful, cozy and full of charm. They provide ample space across many rooms in their home. Your breakfast is home cooked delicious and coffee amazing (Noel is a first rate barista). "An older hotel in the centre of Invercargill. Great location and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The room is clean and tidy, all be it a little older. The bathroom has been updated. The carpark is around the corner from the hotel, undercover and free. We have stayed here before and will stay again, so that’s a good recommendation."

"Awesome room. Comfortable but a bit too high tech for an old chick! Got off to a bad start when my electronic key did not activate the lift. Some written instructions on heating controls and curtains (electric)would have made getting to bed a bit faster but overall a very pleasant experience. Staff friendly and helpful. "

"Clean and tidy both inside and outside. The bedroom is very tight manoeuvring around the bed and the toilet was very small. We are not big people but I would imagine anyone with long legs would struggle! "
