"The pool and jacuzzi were very nice. The beds were comfortable. However the room was dirty. There was wall paper pealing in multiple spots of the bathroom. The base along the outside of the shower and around the bathroom was filthy with dirt dust and brown stains . Stains on the ceiling in the room the carpet had hair like it hadn't been vaccumed, hair all around. Black mold in the windows tread. Overall dirty and gross. Lucky for us we were out of the room for most of our trip. The hotel...

"The property was nice and the rooms were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful. At one point during our stay, our pets just randomly stopped working. While the front desk was helpful, it was still a bit frustrating. In general the property was clean and well maintained, however, it was apparent they don’t pick up the pool area often. There was trash by the jacuzzi, and it remained all for nights our stay."

"Very nice looking suite and room but noisy, people in room above had kids running around for hours and as we lay in bed, we could hear someone snoring in the room adjacent to ours. "

"Staff were great, bar was great, location to golden 1 was great. Only downsides were the size of the room (small/cramped), the bathroom door is see through (awkward if it’s more than one person staying in the room), and the traffic/street train was very noisy and woke us up a few times. Oh and parking is a minimum of $25/day for the parking garage next door or $55/day for valet. Otherwise lovely hotel, close to venue and all staff were very kind and helpful."
