"Upon arrival the front desk staff barely spoke English. We stayed for 3 nights, and every single day, we left the motel and when we returned and waited for the elevator and went to the third floor and walked down the hall to our room, our room key didn't work. This was very inconvenient. We have never had this happen in the past at Choice Hotels. We never had our garbage emptied or any room service, of any type during our entire stay. Never came to our room, offered clean towels, nothing. When we asked the front desk staff for plastic forks, as we had purchased some fruit for our room, they acted like it was an imposition. Also, 6 of the electrical outlets did not work. The refrigerator was off when we arrived, and had defrosted, so there was water laying in the freezer part, this was due to the electrical outlet not working. Also, couldn't operate the coffee pot, as the electrical outlet didn't work, sent maintenance, he brought a new machine and discovered the outlets didn't work, so solution was to move the pot over the sink to use it. Are you kidding me? We will not stay here again. I would give them an overall rating of between 2 to 3 stars."
