"We booked it because of the pool, it was closed and no comments were given to customers. If I knew I would never book it. Little bit ruined our family vocation"

"One night stay, visiting for an event — so not much time spent ta the hotel or interacting with staff. Bed was comfortable, room and breakfast area was clean. Location was near the event. Condition was as expected of a 3* tier of a national hotel chain, no more and no less."

Big Boxed furniture was being brought into the property while we were attempting to exit the property on March 27, 2026. We had a terrible drainage issue with the sink and the tub in our hotel room. "The area around the hotel is sketchy. Someone tried to break into my car. Weren’t it for that it would have been 5 stars. The property was clean, the rooms were spacious and bed comfortable. If you don’t drive then it’s worth staying here; if you park a vehicle, think twice or atleast try and park by the front."

"This hotel is trifling! The entire hotel is a dump! Staff is useless and inattentive. 0 out of 10 stars. I booked here 3 weeks prior to staying. I paid $169 for a king bed room with a pull-out couch for my son. When I arrived I had to pay a $250 security deposit which was not a problem because it gets returned upon no damages. Within 1 hour, I discovered multiple issues. 1 elevator in service, sticky floors with coffee and juice stains, the only working elevator had trash inside, no housekeeping...

"The breakfast was ok, ran out of items before we went down to eat. Only hot items were eggs and bacon on the first 2 days then on the third was sausage and eggs. The elevator was falling apart literally, we had to press the floor button a few times for it to work and it shook a little when pressing it. Part of the elevator wasn’t attached the wall part where you press which floor you’re on. The staff was friendly The room was fairly cleaned outdated, the tub was smaller than usual. We...
