"Clean room"

"2nd stay in a Hampton Inn and suites. Met my basic requirements. This room got cold and thats a fantastic thing. Helped me have a good night's sleep. Room set up was very good."

"I was very surprised at the horrible conditions of this hotel. I've stayed at Holiday Inn Express before it was a very nice experience. However, this DC East Andrew's AFB hotel is not good. The carpets in the hallways were smelly and dirty, and the room's carpeting was no different. The room smelled moldy, and the refrigerator did not work, so I had to call for maintenance. "Breakfast was delicious "

"Reserved rooms because they had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. Upon arrival we noticed the lights were off in bar area, so we asked the front desk attendants when the bar would open. They responded with they weren’t really sure?? So we went to a nearby restaurant for dinner and drinks. Got back to the hotel around 8 pm and the bar was still not open and when we ask the front desk attendants they said they guessed it wasn’t going to be open today???"

"Easy drive to metro station. Best hot hotel breakfast my kids said they had ever had. The pool was smallish but quiet and my kids had it all to themselves. Our suite was clean, well kept, and gave is ample space as a family to recharge after long days of sight seeing. We have nothing but good things to say about our stay at this Staybridge Suites in Largo!"

"It's a good hotel for a family to stay. Lots of space and good accommodations. I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast had a great variety of options each morning. The overall atmosphere made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others."

"Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience due to the condition of the hotel. The AC was not working properly, and the room smelled like there had been ongoing water leakage or moisture issues. The beds were also very uncomfortable and felt as if you would roll toward the middle. That being said, the hotel staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The manager was also kind enough to reimburse 2 of our 4 nights, which we truly appreciated. I just wish Hilton would...

"Run down needs work overall"

"It would help to dust the bathroom before guest arrive. Our bathroom shower was super dusty and there was food left behind in the mini fridge and a bitten apple under the chair"
