Hotel dekat Speedball Zorbing

"The hotel had construction of a new hotel next door. No mention of this was on the listing on the website at time of booking. The construction has been going the whole of 2025. On arrival at the hotel I was placed in a room facing the construction. Returning to reception to complain I was given another room. That room was slightly quieter from the main construction noise. However the bath was damaged with pealing paint that had been badly over painted. The construction noise could be heard...

"The hotel is new, in a great location, only a short 5 min walk from the main Protaras strip and beaches. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the beds comfy. Lots of pillows too which was a nice touch. We also has a pull out sofa bed for the little one which was brilliant. The receptionists Andria and Panayiotis were exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to facilitate our late check out which was greatly appreciated. "There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell. The room was clean and we had clean towls, We didn't use the kitchen area. The rooms are a really nice size. Just needs updating. Better locks on the doors, Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival. "

"Ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkte Strandlage, meiner Meinung nach der schönste und bequemste Strand in der Umgebung. Genügend Liegen am Strand und im Hotel, was sehr gut ist, man bekommt eine Liege zugewiesen, also keine Reservierungen mit Handtüchern ab 6 Uhr früh. Perfekt. Sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind groß, einfach eingerichtet, auch sehr sauber. "Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh. The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults.
