"Room was clean and comfortable, would have likes to see more than 1 pillow though and maybe a blanket that covers the bed…staff was friendly and made self check in easier (could use some technical improvements to remove need for assistance altogether). close to columbus mall and a nice distance from the center to allow for walking / sightseeing en route. Maybe I got lucky with my booking but the price seems great value for money given the beautiful rooms, great gym and spa facilities, friendly staff and location jsut 5 minutes from the main station. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic variety of options. "
