"We had a spectacular stay at Palazzo Veneziano. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. They kindly upgraded my daughter and me to a junior suite, which was spacious, beautifully designed, and made our vacation feel truly special. A major highlight was the complimentary excursion they offered us to Murano to watch the master glass blowers at work—it was fascinating and seamlessly arranged. "The AC in the room is a passive system where they run chilled water through the walls. The room was very warm according to American standards and the first night was uncomfortable to sleep. By the second day the temperature had cooled down. I understand that many hotels in Venice and the surrounding island don’t have Ac at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Murano. The Hotel overall was very nice."

"We stayed over one night to tour Venice for one day. After check in we tried to have a quick bite at the bar that offered lunch items. Our drinks came right away then a staff member seemed like she forgot to put in our lunch items- there were two of them and we waited for what seemed to be an hour for the lunch items. It seemed like the person who took the order might have been new but the order was not put in until the more supervisory person asked about it and why it was not ready. Other...

"The hotel was elegant and beautifully maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices to suit every taste. The location was perfect—right in the heart of the city—yet our room remained quiet and peaceful. When we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage until we were ready to collect it later in the day, which was incredibly convenient and much appreciated.Definitely would stay here...

"The hotel and the property were gorgeous. It was a beautiful respite from the crowds of Venice. Concierge was very helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the room didn’t work during our hot, two night stay. The lights flickered on and off frequently. The maintenance staff tried to fix the air conditioner after the first night with no success. The thermostat beeped incessantly all night after the attempted repair."

"The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us...

"Great pool, good breakfast selection, lovely grand building right on the beach. Shuttle boat into central Venice is very convenient. Drinks in the hotel are extortionate EUR 19.50 for 2 Cokes. There is a Gelateria almost opposite the hotel, that has salads, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, drinks and delicious ice creams at very reasonable prices."
