"The room was okay. It did it's job. Bathroom was nice size and clean. The amenities were not there whatsoever. We stayed for 3 nights, the bar was open only once. The hotel does not have a restraunt and you could go to one of the other restraunts along the beach, except none of those were open either. Needless to say, breakfast was about all you would get. "The front desk lady or I think she’s the owner was very nice. But, wouldn’t stay here ever again. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid my body on. It also feel like a ghost town, it has mirrors on the hallways which makes it like you’re being watched. We’re the only people that’s staying in the whole hotel, that should tell you something. Wouldn’t recommend it. I woke up the next day with a very bad back pain. "

"Our stay at Albergo Cappello was excellent! We were there for just one night before boarding our cruise out of Ravenna. The room was nice, very cozy, and the personalized breakfast was wonderful. The staff took great care of us, even helping us change our shuttle to pick us up from the hotel instead of the nearby train station so we wouldn't have to lug our suitcases in the rain. I was very impressed with the hospitality. Did not have chance to try their wine bar but would in the future."
