"We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. Would not stay here...

"This was the most beautiful property up in the hills, but only a couple of miles from the city center. The breakfast was great as you sit outside looking at the gardens and surrounding country side. The room was very clean with a great view of the hilly area. Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel even has a complimentary shuttle to get you closer to the city center. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The pool was a highlight—clean, relaxing, and a great place to unwind. The laundry room was also very convenient and well-maintained, which made the stay even easier for longer visits. Punktuell könnten die Zimmer etwas Renovierung vertragen, z.B. bei den bröckelnden Fliesen im Badezimmer. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten; im Großen und Ganzen habe ich mich hier wohlgefühlt, weil man gut abschalten konnte. "A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"A beautiful hotel located approx 25 min walk from ponte vechio bridge. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. Pool area clean. 2 shaded areas about 6 sun beds were out when we were there plus deckchair type seats. You are given a towel to use by the pool on arrival. Pool cold so ery cooling in the heat. 1 downside was the pool did need some updating of the tiles at the bottom of it. There is a bararea all very historic in...

"The staff was very kind and helpful! We had to fly from Florence to Zurich and did not want to take our big luggage, so they held our luggage for us. Then they had it in our room for us upon our return to Florence. They even remembered each of our names when we returned several days later, and we really felt like guests instead of just another number. I can not thank them enough for their hospitality!"
