"Our stay was good but I wish the room was more clean. There was alot of dust on night lamps. The AC is old and was blowing so strong that makes windy inside the room and not possible to reduce it or change direction. Housekeeping didnt clean our room after first night. Not sure if they are supposed to make up every day or after the stay but I was expecting to have make up room. Breakfast was good and enough, similar to other hotels. I liked wafers machine, fresh apples. Overall stay was good but...

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in. Even though it was dog friendly, it smelled clean. The staff were so friendly and always cleaning something. There was 24 hour coffee, tea and water. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of choices. I especially liked the strawberry waffles. "The lodge is right on the North Idaho Centennial trail. Very easy to walk along the lakefront from the lodge but it is not on the water. Our room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.The mattress was a bit soft for us. Overall a great location and we would stay again when in the area."

"Night before our last night there was someone with a crying toddler all night and all mom did was yell at her to shut up, she’s going to whoop her butt, etc at all hours so we didn’t get any sleep. Even our narcoleptic eldest had a hard time. They put us in another room which was a upgrade and we slept great our last night thankfully."

"If it’s possible to give no STARS I would. Ask for no smoking room it smelled like smoke. My daughter could touch the ceiling in the hall and she’s 12…weird building. Very worn and dirty…and asked for a room that sleeps three people gave me a room with one bed…. Would not give me a rollaway or other accommodation. Overall, a debacle"
