"The reviews on this property are very misleading. We found that our rooms were very clean and no cigarette smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful at checking, which didn’t take long for a Friday night. The gaming area does allow for guests to smoke, but the cigarette smell wasn’t very powerful. I would highly recommend to anyone driving through and needing a break. Plenty of dining options and reasonable room rates."

"The room was clean, linens clean. Curtains adequately blocked outside lighting at night. Staff were friendly. Plenty of amenities for taking care of yourself in terms of access to food and refreshments. Grocery and other stores within a couple of minutes' drive. Valet team was one of the best I've experienced. In true casino fashion, the smell of smoke hits you upon entrance, but the hotel part was smoke-free. Elevators were quick. Enjoyed an evening of gaming entertainment during the stay."

"Absolutely worst pillows I have ever slept on. There were six and they were all lumpy. Hotel was very loud but I expected that being downtown. Hard to sleep here. I chose it because of the high ratings but should have saved my money and slept at a motel off the highway."

"To start when I booked the hotel they said there was breakfast and when I arrived they said they were building a restaurant, and that there was no breakfast being served, then on website it says they are pet friendly and when I arrived there was no pets allowed signs everywhere and nowhere in the description did it say I have to bring shot papers or have the tags on me and they gave me problems with that, then there deposit was overly priced for what that hotel was, then when I got to the room...

"Easy to get to room"

"The first room we were in the AC didn't work. They continued to book that room through the rest of our stay. The tv remote worked for channels but we had to control power and volume using the buttons in the tv. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, but the property is a little dated."
