"Great place, beautiful views. I stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful. The down side is in order to use the hotel umbrellas and chairs to beach there is a charge of 20 euros per person. For a family of 3 it will be too expensive. We walk down to the free beach access l."

"Definitely needs refurbishing. Old fashioned keys, no room safe, window security very poor and an en-suite had basin that moved as you touched it. Balcony felt dirty and had another room’s outside light shining all night into my room. Some of the electric lights in my room did not work. The swimming pool was good with an amazing view (but seating area around it had little shade) even if noisey from traffic. Pool bar open until 7pm, but bar downstairs then not open. "Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"

"Everything is the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The pool was very nice - the beach was beautiful. Overall, was an excellent choice. The staff was very accommodating. the restaurant was very good. The only concern is that our room was not very cool - air conditioning was not strong enough.
