"Stayed for one night in a family room, everything was good despite not having enough toilet roll and hair dryer not working couldn’t fault it. Great spacious room, tea and coffee facilities had snacks and drinks in fridge for extra cost but still cheap. Great stay will return in the future."

"Stayed in room 201 which was all very nice until 3am when the air-conditioning hardware in the ceiling void made some horrendous vibration noises along with a squeal which sounded like the fan bearing. Boiled the kettle in the morning for it to boil but when it turned itself off the plug had a massive electrical arc causing damage to the cable. I showed the video of the noise and the damage cable to reception, very disappointed not to be offered compensation for my inconvenience given my...
