"This property was a little hard to find but that seems typical for the area. The property is in Old Town and near many historical buildings. There are many restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms were modern, clean and roomy. I would definitely stay there again if given the opportunity. "

"We stayed for a night before we flew back home. Only down side is it was hard to locate on google maps and the road to pick up an uber is a little walk away. Overall the accommodations were very clean and we loved the breakfast."

"The facility does not have an elevator. We were told the building is part of the UNESCO site and cannot be retrofitted with an elevator. We were fine with stairs but some people may need to consider this when choosing where to stay. The room was also the smallest of all the places we stayed in Croatia during our 10-day trip. We managed well since it was only me and my wife and we are very fit. The host Toni is a very nice guy and gave many excellent recommendations on restaurants and money...

"Seven Seas Residence is a gem of a hotel. Lara who greeted us on arrival was friendly and very helpful. We arrived before our agreed check in time but were shown to our rooms within minutes. Our room was much nicer than we expected - clean with lots of room and a well equipped bathroom. We would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Split."

"Absolutely amazing stay! We unfortunately only had one night here but wish we had more. The whole staff was amazing, they helped us get from the ferry to the hotel and on the way gave us info about the city. Rooms were immaculate and the food was amazing. "Hotellet låg inne i den gamla delen av staden så troligen var inte huset avsett för ett hotell till en början. Rummet var ok men hotellet saknade tex frukost eller annat som hör moderna hotell till. Men detta fanns lätt tillgängligt utanför hotellet. Bra service när det fanns någon i receptionen. "

"This property was very good and the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Breakfast was great containing the cereals, breads (also catered to my gluten free needs), meats, cheeses and fruits. Our bus was late in arriving and we had an issue getting into our apartment but after that all was well. I would stay there again."

But where Villa Toni excelled from the rest was with Tonći who was beyond accommodating and nothing was ever too much to ask from him.
