"We arrived on a very narrow street filled with parked cars. The building was not marked from the street we had entered. After searching for 15–20 minutes under a terrible sun, we finally found the entrance.
I called the owner and asked where we could park. He told us where to park on the property, but also said that it would cost €10, which we should leave in the room.
After moving our luggage into the room, I checked the booking agreement, which clearly stated that free parking was included. I...

"The stay was lovely and Ana was very friendly and easy to deal with.
The room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the old town and the Split Promenade.
Ana let us kindly store our luggage in the morning while we explored Split and waited for the checkin time to come. She even let us check in a bit earlier than normal.
Would recommend the stay to everyone!"

"While the place was definitely small and a strange set up, it was good for what we needed in Split. Only a 3 minute walk from the city's port and Old Town. There's 2 ATMs within 1 minute and a super market around the corner. Would highly recommend for a couple, can't really fit 3 people though."

"Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries.
Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. We had a car, and while you need to find own street parking, we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the apartment...
