Lovely apartment, spacious and very easy to walk to Riva and the bus terminal where a used the airport shuttle bus and also a FlixBus to visit Zadar for the day. There was some noise from the restaurant underneath, usually starting around 6am, but for location and price I was ok with that. I would happily stay again.

The perfect stay at Apartment Margarita! The location could not have been better, tucked away on a small little street but still just steps away from the exciting hustle and bustle. We loved our quick walks in to town for restaurants, coffee and sights and our LONG beautiful walk up Marjan Hill which starts just up the street. Walking proximity or quick bus ride to beaches. The apartment was cozy, clean and equipped with everything you would need during your stay (we loved having laundry!). The check in and check out was easy and well communicated by the host. We would LOVE to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

The Apartment is located near to the split main bus station and in walkable distance of 15 minutes. Very good to choose this if you only want to visit city center and enjoy the local restaurants and palace which is close by. Also, if you have many days you can plan for bus visits to nearby cities like dubronik, zadar or zagreb. There are all basic things provided that make your stay good but we did not find any extra quilt to stay warm as it was rainy and chilly. perhaps it would not matter to those whose come in summers. I was happy with the hot water availability. Everything was smooth starting from finding the property, check in and exit. Will prefer this property again if it comes for low price as it was still expensive for me.

We have been travelling for 2 weeks now and found the margarita to be the best accommodation so far Neat and clean with all services and a home like atmosphere A credit to the owners

Nice, clean apartment well situated in Split. You can walk to to supermarket, restaurants, ferry, bus, palace and if you like hiking, Marjan National park in just minutes away. We were in a busy location so at times it was noisy in the early evening. There was an error made with my booking and I was quite annoyed. I added 2 extra nights for a total of 5 nights 7 months earlier and these 2 nights were not added to my booking. Even if I was sent alternative hotels to stay in by Marijan, 2 days before my check in, I lost time, paid more and had to cancel an outing that was planned because of this error. I did receive an apology from Marijan however, it was still a major inconvenience.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Easy walk to buses, ferries, palace, park, beaches, and food. Accomodation very clean and had everything we needed.

Apartment Perfect for our 4 day stay

Apartment location was perfect. Near the waterfront and main shopping and eating areas. For walkers, also very close to the foot of the Marjan Hill a walk well worth completing. Lovely powerful shower, small but functionable kitchen and very good air conditioning. Perfect for our 4 day stay and in what seemed like a very safe area to stay.

L’appartement est très comfortable et il ne manque rien ,à proximité du port, des restaurants et de lieux d’intérêt Je donne surtout 1 note positive car il faisait froid (avril) et le chauffage marchait très bien

Great place to stay

Great location, rooms was just like the pictures. Lots of cheaper food options nearby (compared to old town). Only downside is that the noise of the street woke is up a few nights.

Property was perfect for 3 days. This location is the absolute best as it sits right on the boardwalk within walking distance to everything in Split like restaurants, clubs, coffee, ferry port etc… Would recommend staying here.

Oma talo hienolla paikalla!

Aivan oikea, oma kivitalo jotakuinkin parhaalla sijainnilla, minkä kuvitella vain saattaa. Majoitus oli muutoinkin hyvä. Pieniin asioihin oli panostettu, ohjeet olivat selkeitä ja kaikki toimi. Jos palaan Splittiin, palaan varmaan tänne.

Apartment Margarita was everything we needed and more. A quick walk to Old Town, near many awesome restaurants, Tommy Market around the corner, and only a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was in great condition with a great AC unit for hotter months and as a bonus had all necessities needed for light cooking. Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

The unit was in a great location close to the Riva with lots of dining options outside the door and several supermarkets close by. It was an easy walk to the old town and we walked to the bus station with luggage in about 15 minutes. The apartment was very clean and well laid out. The kitchen is quite small but we cooked a few basic meals and there was everything that we needed. We would certainly be happy to stay there again if we return to Split

Great place in a great spot!

This was a great apartment in a great location! There was lots of room, and I love that there was a washer so I could do my laundry halfway through my 2-week trip. The location was PERFECT. My only very small issue is that it's a little hard to find and the bed kept feeling like it was going to fall apart (but it didn't!). Very much recommend, though!

L'appartamento è molto comodo, vicinissimo al centro e al porto da cui partono le gite giornaliere. Comodi i letti. Utilissimo lo stendibiancheria per far asciugare teli mare e costumi. È presente anche una lavatrice, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato, e un forno a microonde. L'appartamento è attrezzato anche con strumenti per la pulizia. Davvero consigliato! Unica nota negativa il parcherggio, a pagamento e un po' difficile da trovare.

Perfect Location

Excellent location. Walk to everything. Hot water could be better. I wouldn't say its for 3 people. It said sofa bed and it was just a couch my cousin slept on. Mattress on bed needs updating.
