Beautiful room, comfy bed, great windows and lighting, excellent location and very helpful hosts! A great experience. The one thing that was a bit of a challenge was the tiny shower and no shelf in the shower or bathroom to put toiletries on. No on site parking so consider that in your budget. Lots of food choices outside your apartment to buy for meals as you are right in Diocletian’s Palace! We’d recommend staying here.

Excellent location, lots of space in the room, super shower, and hosts were super helpful! Definitely would stay here again. Next time we would ask our host for a private tour of the palace.

Si vous choisissez cet hébergement vous ne serez pas déçu. L'emplacement est idéal et le propriétaire Baldo est passionné et transmet son amour pour cette ville incroyable. Il est tres prévenant et donne d'excellents conseils. C'est rare et précieux d'avoir la chance d'être hébergé dans de si bonnes conditions . Merci Baldo et Nicolina, bravo

Baldo was an incredible host. He was so wonderful with our children and exceptionally kind with recommendations of where to go. We thoroughly enjoyed our lovely stay in Split and we will most definitely be recommending this place :)

Great location Great Family

Small family run place in the heart of the Diocletian Palace. Kind and considerate couple who even met me when I could not locate the building. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Could be a little loud with the windows open from the tour groups and tourists but you can’t beat the location!

Great location, exceptional hosts

NIkolina and Baldo are exceptional hosts. On our last day (after checking out and leaving our bags), there was a heavy rain storm. Nikolina provided large sturdy bags to protect our suitcases so they would not get wet on our walk to the ferry port. The location is perfect for access to the tourist sights, restaurants and the ferry port. We stayed in the quad room even though there were just two of us. It was roomy, well furnished and had a view of the gardens next door. The weather was perfect, so we never had to use the air conditioning, so I cannot comment on that. The shower was great --never ran out of hot water. The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again should we return to Split. I have already recommended that my friends stay here when they visit Split.

Quaint great location wonderful host

Great communication prior to stay with directions. Host was available on arrival and friendly, knowledgeable about area. He was quite helpful, made dining reservations. Great location in city walls.

I really thanks for all the service. And we feel so home during the days at your hotel. My friend got sake because of the sea food. So he spends a lot of time laying in bedroom. And I feel so thankful that it’s a comfortable place with air conditioning, comfortable bed and fridge and everything. Thanks again

Awesome stay in Split

I had a wonderful stay. I can’t remember her name, but the owner (wife) was so nice and helpful. She gave us really useful tips for sightseeing and even recommended some delicious authentic restaurants that were not as costly as the touristy ones. Location was fabulous, right inside the palace. The only difficulty I ran into was not having warm water for that long and no body soaps/shampoos. If my boyfriend took a quick shower, there would not be much hot water left for me. Everything else was great. Thank you for an amazing stay in Split!

Phenomenal!

Let me cut to the chase- if you are staying in Split and an apartment is available, BOOK IT fast! Perfect location--convenient for everything. It is inside the Diocletian Palace, close 10 min walking distance to port and bus station, perfect location for everything else in Split. The owner, Baldo is extremely nice and helpful. Stayed in a 4 person apartment for 3 nights with family. No issues whatsoever. AC works well, rooms are clean, and overall an extremely pleasant stay with family. Small kitchen came in handy with the family. Cafe next door. Will definitely stay here again next time in Split- no need to look for anything else.

La chambre est parfaite pour des personnes qui veulent etre dans le centre historique de Split. La chambre est calme et bien entretenu et le gerant est tres accueillant je conseille se logement.

Best location in split!

Comfortable room, owner very helpful and accommodating, located in the diotecian palace so split old town is at your footsteps. Would definitely stay again!
