This place was ideally positioned for easy access to the entire city on foot. The building itself is not the prettiest from the outside, but inside the apartment is very clean and well equipped with modern facilities, comfortable (firm!) beds, air conditioning, and a nice balcony. I would definitely stay here again. The host is very friendly too.

Perfect location in a vibrant area of the city and not far from the park either - well worth a visit! Shut the windows and you can’t hear a thing - great nights sleep. We had a very nice stay at this property. It was close to everything and on the quieter side of town. The unit was VERY clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store right next door and lots of restaurants nearby. Our host Petar was very responsive to my questions before our arrival. He allowed us to store our luggage after check out for a couple of hours so we didn’t have to carrying all our bags with us before we took a cab to the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Peter the owner greeted me was extremely helpful and pleasant a great start.the room was very clean and very quiet and met my requirements. The location is excellent 5 min walk to start of historic centre plus about 5 mins to sea front..a massive plusare the cafes within a minute from walking out of appartment i had some great breakfast s.

The place was great, location was really nice, in the ols town but the very end of it , so not much noise. Balcony was super nice, gave us a chance to be outside enjoying flesh air. It is on the 3rd floor so you can imagine carrying a 50 lb suitcase , quite the workout. The host was super helpful, available at all times and helped us recover out suitcases that were delayed. The only downside to me is that the bed linens didn't smell fresh, they had a smell of being stored for a while. Creat hosts, comfortable place, comfortable beds

We spent 6 days in Split. One adult and two teenagers. The accommodation was centrally located and a short walk to the streets and attractions of the old town. A little longer walk to the beaches, which we could reach by taxi or local bus. The apartment was spacious and exactly as described. We received good instructions at check-in and were able to get to the apartment earlier. The air conditioning worked well in all rooms. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and 2 refrigerators. There are terraces below the house, from which you can hear sounds, but fortunately there is no loud noise in the dining rooms. It did not bother us. The service was friendly. I can recommend this apartment to independent travelers.

Great place to stay.

We had a good experience. Peter the person who help us very nice person and was available all the time ( even before to get there I contacted this place and talked to Peter) via WhatsApp. I requested blow dryer and an Iron and he brought it to us right away. He gave us some tips and show us where to go. Room comfortable and simple bathroom was nice too, that room has everything that I needed. So clean and inside the building smells so good. Very secure and close to everything. What I like the best so peaceful. It cannot be a luxury place but the location was perfect clean, secure and Peter was the best ! I highly recommend this place if you are ok to have a place to sleep a good bathroom a good bed I love the simplicity and location of this place.

The apartment was close to the old town and many important attractions in the city. Many restaurants and bars/cafes were really close (other side of the road) and some in the same building. The owner was really kind and welcoming and told us a little bit about the surroundings and what we should do or look out for. We were really happy with the apartment and knew if we needed anything, we could have just asked for it. But everything was in place so we didn't need to contact the staff at any point. We had everything we needed: a kitchen, air conditioning, a balcony, and even a washing machine also with detergent , clean fridge/freezer, plenty of kitchen appliances (microwave, stove, filter coffee machine, kettle etc). Overall a nice place in a good area. Thanks for the stay!

Värden hämtade oss vid flyget, pratsam och trevlig (45 euro, värt!) fin tvårummare med hög standard utrustad köksdel, extra bonus för en espresso bryggare. Enda lite neg är utsikten från balkongen men vad gör det? Konzum precis utanför att handla mat och dryck i. Många bra restauranger i närområdet liksom nära till gamla staden som måste besökas. Rekommenderar vandring i parken Marjan någon km från boendet där det också finns fina bad och utsiktstopp. Vi bodde här i sex nätter och är mycket nöjda över både boende och Split Hälsningar Lars o Maria

The apartment is very well located, on the old Town. The rooms are very small, with a tiny space for the bags. The building does not have elevator and the apartment is on a third floor. Beds are confortable.The manager was very helpful, waited for us late and gave us lot of information.

Great position, really easy to get to quayside, Diocletian’s Palace and plenty of restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. Really clean and tidy room. My only faults would be that the water in the shower could have been hotter (but it was ok) and the beds were a bit hard (personal preference). Extra pillows were delivered within hours of requesting by email. Petar was superb at responding to queries by email so promptly, he couldn’t be faulted.
