A beautiful hotel perched on the side of a hill, with a large and comfortable room with a balcony for an astounding view of the Adriatic sea 🌊 You can sit and sip your coffee and watch the speedboats and the cruise ships floating by.

Really nice athmosphere in the hotel area. The crew was very respectful and helpful. Our room worked perfectly for us and we loved the view from the windows and balcony. Definately we would like to visit again!

This is a lovely hotel with a small spa and both an indoor and an outdoor pool. Beds were wonderfully comfortable and the view was gorgeous. We'd stay again.

Great stay, we had a very nice room with an awesome view of the Adriatic. 5th floor room and the elevator only went to the 4th floor so 1 floor of stairs with luggage. Overall though a very nice stay.

Carpet in dire need of replacing but overall room was very nice. Staff was accommodating, but not overly friendly at times. Parking was difficult at peak hours, but overall not bad. Great view of the sea, and breakfast was very good.

Wonderful cosy hotel

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and airy, aircon is efficient, balcony large and nice. Nice breakfast included, nice pool area with bar. About 20 minutes walk into town, and considerably longer back (it's quite steep) is the only minus. Will definitely come back next time I'm in Split.

Hotel Cvita provided a memorable stay in Split. We were there for just one night. The desk clerk suggested we take a cab to dinner in the city center and made all the arrangements for us. The room was so beautifully appointed and so clean that it felt as though we were the first guests ever to stay in the room. We arrived to Kate to enjoy the sauna, but would use it next time! This boutique hotel provided services we would have expected from a much larger facility. Complimentary breakfast was simple yet it included everything we needed. They even offered cooked-to-9rder eggs. An excellent stay for one night or longer!

Staffs are great and our room have a sea view from the balcony, too. You can have dinner in the hotel restaurant just next to the swimming pool. Atmosphere is good and food/price is average. We booked the hotel transportation (hotel van) to airport for 450 kuno at 11:30am. We saw the hotel van arrived at 11:18am from our balcony but the driver drove away immediately after he talked with the staff inside the lobby. We wait in the lobby until 11:30am and the staff told us that they will order a taxi to drive us to the airport. The taxi came after 5 minutes and we did not have any delay. The question is we paid 450 for the hotel van but the taxi fee was only 370 (as shown on the taxi meter). Hope the hotel can improve their transportation arrangement and all other are good.

Visited in October and we were extremely lucky with the weather for our whole visit to split. The hotel more than met our requirements and expectations. The hotel was very clean, room very comfortable & bathroom modern & fresh. Breakfast every morning was good & staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very quiet & relaxing however doesn’t get the sun all day due to its location in between the buildings. If we had one minor issue, it was that the pool was extremely cold however you just had to take the plunge and embrace it at the time. Hotel has a nice walk into split old town. It is a steep hill & takes about 20 mins. It is enjoyable on the walk into town however we opted to get an Uber on a few occasions back to the hotel to avoid walking up the steep hill. Ubers were very reasonable & we were advised to avoid flagging down taxis as there are drivers who may try to rip off tourists. Overall a great experience and would consider staying here again if the price was still competitive with other high rated hotels in split.

Numerous problems. Instead of king bed, room was 2 single beds pushed together. Frames didn’t fit together so they just wedged a bit of foam between the beds. When asked they said that is usual. Refused to move us, no rooms. Looked on website still had rooms available. Requested full refund so moved us to king bed but down graded room. Sitting around pool in shade having a drink when a larger group of Croatian young people arrived staff then had us move into the sun to accommodate them. We then left the pool area. Not very customer focused, is out of town area, no tourist facilities around and for the price much better options closer to old town Split. Never again.

The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from our balcony room was stunning, and the room itself was very nice. However a few things came to us as a surprise during our stay and were frusrating. First, i did not get the room i booked through expedia. I booked a 1 king+sofa bed, and they gave a room with only 1 king bed, saying the sofa bed are reserved for parties of 3 or more. This rule was never stated anywhere, and i booked a room with a sofa bed. As well my mom came with me on this trip, only my name was on the reservation, and they said they charge an extra 25euros per night per extra guest. That seemed ridiculous, thankfully the staff were kind enough to waive this fee. As well, the AC in our room was broken the first 2 nights, but was fixed. We have 4 keycards die on us through the trip and constantly had to be going to the desk to re issue our key cards. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to old town split, and the hotel itself is on a hill. There are no dining options close by. We wanted to order from the pool menu one night, only to be told the pool menu closes at 6pm, this was not posted anywhere, so with no dining options nearby we had to eat from the hotel buffett which was 35euro p/p for standard, limited option food. We also wanted to go for a night swim, only to be told the pool closes at 7pm, which is also not posted anywhere. There were just lots of ruled we were for informed about, but the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodatin
