It was very nice stay. The host was very rwapobsive and helpful. Check in went smoothly and she advised us wherw the best parling would be. It was a good stay for us. She also allowed us early check in to drop off our luggage in the room which was very kind.

Great location & host!

Ana communicated clearly and was very hospitable. She arranged private transportation from the airport as well.Great location, walking distance to beaches, Old Town & ferry port. The room was private, quiet and clean. Would definitely return.

Perfect base for exploring Split- close walk to old town! We absolutely loved our stay at PIETRA ROSSA! The location couldn’t be more perfect—tucked right in near the heart of the Old Town and port, so everything was just a short walk away. Despite being so central, it felt quiet and peaceful inside. The room itself was spotless and had a nice modern feel. The air conditioning was an absolute lifesaver (especially during the summer heat!). We were a little nervous about the self-check-in process, but it couldn’t have been easier. The host Ana sent super clear instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. It made arriving feel seamless and stress-free. She arranged to greet us at the apartment and was extremely friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a great stay and we’re already talking about coming back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place in Split don’t hesitate to book this one! We will definitely be back. 😊

Our check-in with Ana was very smooth and she helped us with some mapping questions. The room was pretty and spacious. The area around the place was a little dated and dirty but didn’t feel unsafe.

Great host and clean room

Excellent location. Easy walk to attractions and the waterfront where you can take a ferry to different islands. A supermarket is right around the corner for added convenience. The room was very clean, air conditioning was good and the shower was strong. The host was very attentive and helpful. The prior arrangement for check in was clearly given and straightforward. Communication via WhatsApp was good and promptly responded. Overall, a good stay.

Fine if you don’t mind noise

Photos capture the room perfectly, what it doesn’t capture is noise. The accomodation is on a really busy road and dispite closing the shutters and both sets of windows, unfortuantly you cant get away from the constant noise of vehicles at all hours. My husband and I booked 2 nights here regrettably and after not sleeping the entire night, decided to cut our losses and book alternative accomodation for the second night.

It is walking distance from the palace and the port. There is no staff on hand. They just meet you at the room when you check in. The a/c did not work well. The room was very hot. To be fair it was during an exceptionally time in Split.

Kauniit huoneistot lähellä kaikkea

Huoneistot avattu vasta ja kaikki uutta ja kaunista. Ilmastointi, hyvät suihkut ym. Sänky oli hyvä ja ihanat liinavaatteet. Sijainti todella hyvä. Lentokenttäbussille puoli kilometriä, vanhaan kaupunkiin pari sataa metriä enemmän. Ja ennen kaikkea Bacvice hiekkarannalle 500 m. Ruokapaikkoja vieressä. Mutta kuitenkin hiljainen alue poliisiaseman vieressä. Yöt sai nukkua rauhassa. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja mukavaa. Vaikka tuloaika piti ilmoittaa hotelliin etukäteen, kaikki hoitui näppärästi Whats upilla tai sähköpostilla. Ainoa miinus on että hotellilla ei ole omaa ravintolaa. Aamupalapaikat aivan vieressä kuitenkin ja todella hyvät aamiaiset. Mutta huone kannattaa ottaa ilman aamupalaa ja käydä aamiaisella omatoimisesti. Näin et ole rajattu hotellin aamiaissopimukseen. Todella lämpimästi voimme suositella näitä huoneistoja. Täysi kymppi!! Olimme tosi tyytyväisiä. Suosittelen lämpimästi.
