"This is an affordable RB&B type of lodging and is not a hotel and should not be called a hotel since it is misleading.
The address is very difficult to find as it is located in a side street behind the actual address provided. We had to ask a few locals to finally find the building.
The room is small but very clean. The shower are also very clean.
The access to the buliding and room is through pin codes which is convenient compared to keys.

"Pro: Room is clean with one wall of beautiful exposed Croatian white stone. Easy walking to everything.
Cons: Clunky and confusing check in.
Room is directly adjacent to a restaurant where loud music was played and revellers sang and chanted until 2:00 AM! So loud in the room.
No sheet or duvet, only a blanket. No idea as to when it is washed.
Shower has great temp and pressure but it dues not drain well and flows into room after a few min."

"Das Hotel war sehr gut, sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage war perfekt und alles war leicht erreichbar. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – sogar als wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns herzlich empfangen. Ich war sehr zufrieden und würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen. 🌸

"We really enjoyed our time here. We coordinated with the host to let them know our arrival time, and even though we arrived a little later than planned they were still there waiting at the reception desk to show us around our apartment. The host who greeted us was so friendly and helpful in providing suggestions about the local area and cuisine. It was so nice to have such a warm welcome after 16 exhausting hours of travel.
We stayed at the room on the top floor, and there is no elevator, so if...

"The room was super clean and well kept. Maera was helpful and asked if we needed more towels or cleaning after our first day. She was wonderful. Ana was also great. She met us at the arrival and explained everything well. She was easy to get a hold of anytime. The room was situated walking distance from lots of restaurants, the riva and even a laundromat. We had a great time in Croatia"

"Our stay in Split was excellent, and the apartment was just what we wanted. It was centrally located within the old city, and the restoration work inside the building to retain old stone walls in the suite added a special feel. Our host was phenomenal and showed that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The one unique feature of the suite is the shower, but once you got used to pulling the curtain around you, it was just fine. We highly recommend."
