"We always stay here when visiting family in Burlington--probably twice per year for the last 8 years. This hotel has consistently improved. The renovations have provided a lovely, modern hotel and it is consistently squeaky clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our kids love the pool (the the parents wish it was a bit warmer). Thank you again for the lovely and welcoming stay. "

"The team was incredible. There was an issue with our room and they were quick to find a solution. They also provided two beverage vouchers to use at Isabelle for the inconvenience. Every detail in the rooms was appreciated - including the comfortable bed, pillows, sheets and duvet."

The choice at the self serve breakfast was good and the stay was great value for the money. One small suggestion that would be a big help would be some simple instructions to operate the TV.
