And the whole place smells like a construction zone. Normally, has been a nice place when they have their stuff together. Personally, I believe the place should be closed until the renovations are complete. But if not, let guests know what is going on in advance."

"The floor was pretty gross when we first walked in (hair strands and clumps everywhere, debris, etc). We went down to the front to request a room change or for someone to clean the floor. The receptionist was professional and sweet. Her manager, however, insisted that she cleaned the room herself and how it couldn’t be dirty. Due to their being no other king suite and the manager not wanting to fix the issue, we asked for a refund and left."

"If you’re looking for comfort, this isn’t the right place. If you just want to close your eyes for a few hours then you may have luck here. The carpets are all sticky, the hallways smell of cigarettes, the beddings are thing and stained, the towels are very old and heavily used and stained. There was a stench in my room, I could hear my neighbors next door…in a nutshell, not worth I paid for but more affordable considering the alternatives.."

That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots."
