"walls are quite thin so i could hear the rooms next to me ie music, banging, talking. the gym was very small. the elevators broke while i was on it, luckily i was able to force the doors open but it wasn’t great. the hotel was also extremely busy with young kids (i think they had a sports tournament or something) but, being on holiday, its not ideal to have noisy kids everywhere running around all the time"

"Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again. Nga mihinui"

"Overall a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was a good size and hotel facilities were clean. We did have issues with our TV which eventually got replaced and fixed. The breakfast was of good quality and staff were friendly. Hotel is a great location close to the old town and with plenty of restaurants near by. We did request for a late checkout of 30-60 minutes but unfortunately this was denied by the front desk who seemed inflexible to offer any movement on this. Given the check in time of...
