"It’s time to upgrade the outlets in the rooms to accommodate chargers. The room was clean, well furnished, and quiet. The comfort of the bed AMAZING! I really wish someone had mentioned the breakfast buffet before I ordered and waited through grumpy, inattentive wait-staff to bring my order."

"Cockroaches in cabinets and on floors. Bathroom tiles broken so you cut your foot every time you are in the tiny space. Not enough staff to keep the breakfast buffet filled. They have one lady doing all the work. The food is just reheated in a tiny oven. Awful experience all around especially for the price you pay."

"OK… You've just got to believe me here… I travel for work, and have done so for many, many years, and this hotel was, hands-down absolutely, positively, delightful! The staff were wonderful, my room was fantastic, there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day down in the lobby. (And the coffee was actually really good! That's a super important thing to me.) The location was great, my room was quiet, and the bed was fantastic. Honestly, I cannot even express how delighted I was with my stay. I will look for the same hotel chain everywhere I go. I was here on a work trip, so I was unable to make use of the barbecue in the back, but there were two barbecues by the pool, and we were encouraged to borrow barbecue utensils from the front desk. Where else does that ever happen? Totally family friendly, and yet, it was perfect for me as a solo adult traveler."

"Very impressed. Front desk guys were super nice both in the evening and morning. The hot tub wax working and had steam coming off it! The apples were super crisp and good! Appreciated the yogurt. No waffles :( pillow great, bed good, AC was a little tricky to figure out."
