"Yes, breakfast was great, area always clean, plenty of parking available and spacious, Staff was great, especially manager who took extra time in helping me with the door lock as electronic key would not work for me."

"The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The carpets were ancient, gross and badly stained. The bathroom was large enough to be ADA compliant, but it had not been cleaned. The toilet seat was dirty. The caulk/concrete around the floor drain was broken into pieces and the bathroom in general needed repairs. The mini fridge had leaked water, so the carpet was wet long enough that the whole room smelled like mildew, even mold. THEY gave us a towel to put on the carpet so our feet wouldn't get wet. The A/C unit was functioning well, but it was about as loud as a gas-powered lawn mower. Neither of us slept very well. The windows don't open, so there is no way to air-out the smells other than to keep the door open. As you enter the hotel it has a very nice entry with a library of books and comfortable seating. They offer free breakfast and WIFI. Check out time is a generous 12:00 PM, and we left as quickly as we could, and will NOT return. We recommend that you seek other accommodations!"

"I rarely write reviews, but Miss Queen deserves 100 stars! We drove through terrible weather, late start to our trip, didn’t get in until after midnight but Miss Queen was at the front desk and she was incredible! Slight mix up, my fault, with payment and she fixed it ASAP! Room was clean, shower was nice, but then we checked out super early and Miss Queen was there to check us out and get me juice! I would seek this hotel again on any 95 road trip! "

"Hotel room had mouse droppings in the sink and shower. The shower had missing tiles and the water runs from the shower onto the bathroom floor. The beds are uncomfortable and lumpy. You can hear everything in your room not a quiet area. Breakfast was sad… be prepared to have a waffle."

"The pictures were misleading. The parking was limited, the outside was sketchy. The sink was clogged and had very poor drainage, the toilet would barely flush, the shower had body hair on the walls, the bathroom towel hooks were barely attached, the shampoo and body wash wall containers were empty, and the bath towels were tiny. After a long day in the city and running around I did NOT look forward to going back there. I will say, the staff were polite and kind but that’s it. "
