"First room we were given, had a bad odor and we requested another room I am a senior as was another family member we were given a room at the end if the property where there were hardly any other guests The second room was better, but still in the last building. Check in took about 20 min and as i asked questions the term " third party" was repeated numerous times. So because we chose to use expedia to book our room we were penalized as the desk clerk pointed out "third party"...
