"This place is super gorgeous and fun, but it does need some upgrades. The condo we stayed in was very small (double beds) and we could hear both the dog and the conversation in the next room over. It didn't really feel private, and the dog was super annoying because it barked or whined extensively during the day and at night. I called/texted the concierge, but they wanted me to figure out which room it was instead of looking on their own map. I complied, but it wasn't easy for me to figure out which condo it was because the layout was odd. The concierge was polite, but he didn't seem to care that this was affecting our stay. (If a Pro Golfer were staying there and complained about noise, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't ask them to check the property and figure it out.) Things like ice and beverages weren't easily accessible due to the condo layout. The lobby was beautiful, but the shop inside was closed by 9pm. The rooms need new carpet and upgrading and the mattresses felt cheap. The pools and gym were all amazing."

"The only issue was the noise above us. They were up til 2-3am walking pretty hard across the floor you can really hear footsteps/hard walking. Would also be nice to have a restaurant on the property or a little bar and grill for late night burger pizza etc. we got in late and there was nothing to eat."

"Room was clean, staff friendly, enjoyed the pool and outdoor game’s & landscaping was beautiful. Requested ahead rooms near another couple but ended up in separate buildings which was frustrating. Other couples air conditioning was not working properly and their room was very damp."

"We had a wonderful experience at Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how clean and well-maintained the room and the property were. The parking area was convenient and made it easy for us to come and go during our stay. The water park was definitely the highlight of our trip. There were so many different activities that our kids always had something exciting to do. They especially enjoyed the wave pool, lazy river, and the different water slides and play areas. The variety of activities made it enjoyable for both younger children and adults. Our kids had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. Beyond the water park, we also loved that there were additional activities and entertainment throughout the day, which made the whole stay feel like a complete family vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic family experience and would definitely recommend Great Wolf Lodge Williamsburg to families looking for a fun, clean, and activity-filled getaway. We are already looking forward to coming back!"
