"This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. Then every time I entered the hotel there were some lady on her cell phone on speaker talking to somebody, that I felt uncomfortable to even ask for more soap. I don’t know the staff seemed very uninterested in making you feel like a welcomed guest and didn’t want to be bothered if you had questions about the key/light situation or soap. "
