"Was nice clean"

"The staff did not tell us the truth when we got there, there was no shuttle, poor breakfast, no bed covers except thin sheets and it was not comfortable. The whole surrounding was smelling cigarrette. All the first floor rooms are for people with pets, and I did not know that since I just had surgery. It was a painful experience."

"We had a double queen room with sitting area Cons: key cards slide instead of tap, so don't have your hands full! Both beds were awful. One had an obvious (like 4-6") dip in it. The other felt like it was supposed to be firm but had no support so it was like laying on a cot. Most of the USB outlets were broken. "There was ample parking and the whole hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The only reason why I didn't rate it higher was that the breakfast wasn't worthy of 5 stars. Not to say that it wasn't a good breakfast, just not extraordinary. There were lots of options - yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bagel, English muffin, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, sausage, bacon. Everything was cooked well. My critique is that hotel scrambled eggs are sort of weird....
