"Best hotel. The property is very clean and nice, like a newly completed building. Their pool and hot tub were great to relax and enjoy. Their breakfast was wondeful with variety additions like strawberry pancakes, everything bagel etc. There are different restaurants and other amenities nearby. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Des Moines."

"Everything about my experience here was enjoyable. My only suggestion would be to update the clothing iron in room, and maybe update the bathroom sinks. Otherwise, nothing but good here."

"This hotel was very clean. The initial staff at check-in was very polite. The staff changed at 11 PM was very rude. Breakfast didn’t start till 7 AM and most of the guest staying with us had to be leaving at that time. Nice place to say but rude late shift staff. Not staying here again."

"Room was a nice temp when we walked in, which was a surprising plus. Room was clean enough. Pool temperature was enjoyable. Beds were comfortable enough. Check in was smooth and efficiently. There was a group of teens in the pool both nights we were there in their in the pajamas (girls) and underwear (boys) playing music loudly over a bluetooth speaker and jumping and throwing each other without much regard for others. "The staff seemed kind of lost and confused most of the time. I had trouble catching staff a few times when I needed something. I’d be waiting at the front desk for 15+ minutes, even when coming in from outside and making some noise to try to have them notice me. "It was okay. It worked for the one night we needed it. Staff were nice. Hotel was clean. Pool was small. Shades were definitely not blackout or even close to being blackout. Snack shop was not stocked well. Breakfast was not good with any of the options available (5 people, 5 opinions the same). Location was good with convenient options for different needs and wants.
