"The wayfinding to the hotel from the Terminals is horrible if you've never been to this airport before. Essentially, you have to get down to the subway before seeing any helpful signage. When you get off your plane, don't look for signs to the hotel and ignore the ones you see. Just get to the subway and you'll get good signage from there. I think their website assumes everyone has already been to the Houston Airport so they don't help you much. The lobby, restaurant, and bar area look very nice and upscale but the rooms are a just a clean version of a Motel 6. So, it'll do for a night but not much longer than that. The room will not impress you at all but they are clean and not beat up."

"This hotel is nice and the rooms are clean and spacious. For the money and location, it is overall a decent hotel. Main drawbacks are the lack of self-serve parking which requires you to pay the 54$ a day valet fee or brave the second drawback: the homeless people living right outside of the hotel. They were everywhere on the block of the hotel, including one next to the doors and one had even out a curtain up against the service door of the hotel to sleep. We understand that the world is full of these kind of problems but staying at a hotel surrounded by obvious dr*g use and homelessness was obviously less than ideal and put a damper on our stay. This is a hotel that has all the average amenities that the majority of hotels have nowadays: fitness center, pool, bar, breakfast (not included in the cost of the room and no option to do that) so it seemed to us to not really be worth the trouble of worrying whether we were going to get from the hotel to our car and back safely or that our car would get broken into overnight."
