"Hotel needs updating. Years ago hotel was e exceptional, hotel has excellent location but should provide discounted breakfast and free or greatly reduced parking. The hotel has lost the power to enforce parking privileges to customers. Touch ups needs around the edges all over the hotel. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned or removed. "

"Mosly didn't pick up the phone for customer service. No hot water inside the room. Broken shower and leaking water in the bathroom. Holded and refunding deposite was too long."

"Great, however, the staff had not replenished the breakfast items at all. We arrived well on time for breakfast. There was barely anything. Some lady who also arrived with us, requested for the food to be replenished, but the staff didn't seem to care. Finally, after several people complained, they brought a few slices of bread and re-filled the milk. This was the worst breakfast experience."
