"Como todos los hoteles de la línea Hyatt Place las habitaciones son amplias y el desayuno con algunos platos calientes que permiten balancear un desayuno completo en las mañanas con un café excelente. Sin embargo la propiedad es vieja y no ha tenido tan buen mantenimiento. Las habitaciones no las limpian todos los días. Hay que estar solicitando que lo hagan y aún así es un mantenimiento básico, mucho que desear de un hotel de esta categoría."

"Property was clean and room configuration was ideal for my snoring husband and I. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"Was very noisy, between the constant walking around in the room above us, and from what sounded like laundry machines going at night. Staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful though. Updated older building."

"Room smelled like cigarettes, pillows/towels smelled awful. Extractor in the bathroom didn’t work. The gentlemen in the front with the dark hair was extremely rude upon arrival. Book elsewhere, Police and EMS were there as well."

"Overall this place is just a wreck: elevator broken, water fountain broken, exposed screws in bathroom, no outside doors locked, dirty hallways and stairs. It’s a Quality Inn, so manage your expectations."

"The staff was very kind. The room doesn’t have carpet however there was a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. I think it’s great they have an area for people to hangout and bbq. However we were there on business and needed to rest… doesn’t make sense to have that outside of someone’s room. Again, really appreciate the staff being so kind."

"The property itself was horrible not clean smelled of cigarettes homeless man in parking lot peeing then he was in the lobby We left an hour after checking in Stains on sheets ceiling was cracked and collapsing. Ice machine was broken out of order AWFUL"

"I was forced to vacate the unit due to credible death threats made against me by an occupant living next door. The property manager was notified of the situation. Prior to my departure, the neighboring occupant physically assaulted both me and my service dog. Due to concerns for my safety and wellbeing, I had no choice but to leave the premises"
