"The photos of the unit were beautiful however the wear and tear on the actual property did not compare. The bathroom sink constantly leaked and because the floors were not even they stayed wet. The nightstands were broken the refrigerator would not open all the way. I also was not notified until the day of check in that the unit was on the 3rd floor and there was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the entrance to the unit."

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. "I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marriot Saddle Brook with my family and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The room was immaculate—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with high-quality linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, a well-stocked coffee station, and plenty of charging outlets. What truly stood out to me was the level of service. Every staff member I interacted with, from housekeeping to the front desk, was courteous, helpful, and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The amenities were just as impressive. The fitness center was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel's location made it easy to explore the area while still feeling like a peaceful retreat.
